Equipment Installation and Supervision

Supervision
Our experienced supervisors ensure all equipment is installed correctly and ready for reliable operation:
- Supervise equipment placement per Mepaco specifications to reduce rework and ensure trouble-free startup
- Document and revise drawings or models for any approved installation changes
- Verify proper anchoring to prevent premature equipment failure
- Confirm correct equipment pitch to support proper drainage and sanitary requirements
- Ensure all loose parts are accounted for and installed on the correct equipment
- Document and replace any damaged parts identified during installation
SAT & Equipment Training
We support startup and long-term performance through comprehensive SAT and equipment training:
- Collaborate with electrical and controls teams to confirm proper sequence of operations
- Verify all safety devices function in accordance with OSHA, NFPA 70, and Mepaco standards
- Confirm motors are running in the correct direction
- Train operators and maintenance personnel on equipment operation and functionality
- Provide classroom and field training for preventative maintenance procedures
- Train teams on proper equipment disassembly and reassembly for sanitary cleaning
- Support maintenance planning with spare parts lists and recommended inventory

Electrical & Mechanical Service

- Work with mechanical contractors to confirm air, steam, cryogenic, and water utilities are installed in the correct locations and within Mepaco specifications
Equipment Audits
Our equipment audits help identify risks early, reduce downtime, and extend equipment life:
- Inspect equipment for cracked welds, wear or fatigue, damaged parts, and faulty cables or sensors
- Perform minor repairs when possible, including sensor replacement, cable repair, and weld repairs
- Identify and schedule major repairs that could impact up time
- Work with purchasing and maintenance teams to review spare parts inventories and recommend long lead-time items
- Advise on updates and improvements, including controls modernization and retrofits
- Deliver a detailed audit report documenting findings and recommendations
