  • Constructed from 12‑ga and 14‑ga stainless steel
  • Proof tested per ASME guidelines
  • CNC pre‑formed sheets; MIG and plug welded directly to the vessel shell
  • Excellent heat‑transfer efficiency with reduced material weight

Half‑Pipe Jackets

  • Optimal strength ratings for demanding service
  • Designed for high‑temperature and liquid heat‑transfer applications
  • Full‑penetration welds for durability and pressure integrity

Internal Coils

Finishing & Protective Coatings

  • Pickle passivation of jackets prior to coating
