Agitation & Mixing Capabilities

Apache has proven expertise with a wide range of agitation technologies, allowing each mix tank to be optimized for the specific product, viscosity, and mixing objective. Engineers and project managers work closely with the customer to determine the agitator selection and required performance.

Passivation and Pickle Passivation

  • Enhances corrosion resistance of stainless-steel surfaces by formation of a passive oxide layer
  • Removes free iron and fabrication contaminants
  • Commonly required for chemical and sanitary process tanks

Electropolishing

  • Produces a smooth, mirror finish, high-performance sanitation stainless surface
  • Extremely fine capabilities of roughness average capabilities
  • Often code-specified for pharmaceutical, food, and specialty chemical applications
