A Typical Day of Testing in our Validation Lab

Step inside Apache’s Validation Lab for a behind-the-scenes look at a typical day of testing and recipe verification for a Mepaco ThermaBlend Cooker. The test included a grinder, creating a pork sausage mixer, and several processes using the ThermaBlend Cooker to include broth extraction, and blending of ingredients, ground pork and oats. The customer spent the day with our engineering team and collaborators to fine tune their product. The Validation Lab, which is utilized by the Vessel Solutions group as well as Mepaco, has refrigeration and freezing capabilities as well as a large conference room.
