We have two electropolishing tanks for total immersion of your products or we can use your vessels/tubs or bodies as the holding tank.
Our tank sizes are 1,710 & 1,250 gallons respectively.
We can electropolish Stainless alloys of 200,300,400, 1700 Series Stainless Steels & High CRO3 Steel, Aluminum, duplex materials, AL6XN, plus some tool steel materials.
Our wanding process guarantees 100% coverage and can be used to facilitate spot or touch up electropolishing.
It does not matter if your part is 2” cubed or 15 feet in diameter we can handle it.
We monitor our process and chemistry to assure accurate and repeatable results.
We can provide certified RA test results in either paper or electronic format.
